Among the largest shopping centres in the city centre are Kløverhuset in Strandgaten, Galleriet on Torgallmenningen, Bergen Storsenter near the bus and train stations and ByGarasjen multi-storey car park.

There is also a large selection of smaller shops all over the city centre. Good shopping streets/areas include Øvregaten and Lille Øvregate, Vetrlidsallmenning, Torget and Vågsallmenningen, Strandkaien, Strandgaten, Bryggen, and the area around the main square Torgallmenningen.
