• At Sauda Fjord Hotel you can enjoy game and food made of local produced ingredients.
• In northern Ryfylke at Nesflaten, Energihotellet offers Suldal ham and a guided tour to "tørkeloftet" (Made ripe in drying-loft at Mostøl, 650 meters above sea level giving the ham a perfect taste. Supply of smoked and non-smoked ham.)
• At Sand in Suldal you find both Fargeriet Café where the speciality is traditional food based on local ingredients, and Ryfylke Fjord Hotel which gives great importance to good food and pleasant surroundings for its guests.
• Spa-Hotell Velvære at Hjelmeland uses local ingredients such as fish, shellfish, game and berries in their restaurant. For instance they get halibut from Sterling White Halibut.
• Flor & Fjære is an exotic garden and restaurant on the island of Sør-Hidle, only 20 minutes by boat from Stavanger (two daily departures during season). Open May - September.
• Rosehagen at Jørpeland is a cafè, a candle maker, furniture and furnishing store and an art gallery.
• Preikestolen Mountain Lodge has a cafè and restaurant with good Norwegian homemade dinner.
• Lysefjordsenteret at Oanes serve specialities like local lamb and seafood.
