Rafting the River Sjoa– wild and wet!
The name "Sjoa" comes from ancient Greek and means "white water". The river was so named because of its rapids, which stretch from Gjende in Jotunheimen to Sjoa in Gudbrandsdalen, where it then flows into the river Gudbrandsdalslågen
With self-bailing dingis specifically designed and developed for white-water river rafting, we journey with up to 6 persons + guide in each boat, down the River Sjoa.

It offers various levels of rafting, from easy to extreme, and attracts visitors from far and wide, from tourists wanting to paddle through the Sjoa’s rapids, to professional rafters wanting to experience the full force of the river.
