Ruter's Customer Service Centre (Trafikanten)

Ruter's Customer Service Centre (formerly Trafikanten) is the service centre for public transport in Oslo and the surrounding areas.

Here travelers can get answers to questions about public transport in the region. All local public transport tickets and cards can be issued and purchased here. The centre also has all timetable booklets for bus, tram, train, boat, metro and local trains in Oslo and Akershus.

Route's information telephone (tel. 177) is open 07.00-23.00 on weekdays and 08.00-23.00 on weekends and holidays. Here you get information about public transport in the Oslo and the surrounding areas, as well as information about TIMEkspressen bus departures from Oslo, and the Airport Express Train and Airport buses between the Oslo Airport Gardermoen and Oslo.

Service points
Ruter also has service points at the metro stations Jernbanetorget, Nationaltheatret and Majorstuen, as well as the Aker Brygge (in the waiting room for the Nesodden ferries) and in the arrivals hall at Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
