Prepared trails in the Geilo/Ustaoset area:

Altogether, Geilo and Ustaoset have 220 kilometres of prepared cross-country tracks in the forests and in the mountains. The tracks are suitable for freestyle skiing, and some of them are illuminated in the evening.

You can get a map of the trails from the tourist information in Geilo, or at most hotels and cabins. You can hire cross-country equipment from the ski hire outlets in Geilo.
