Bon Appétit - Lies off the exit 2 Halden, right by the main road E6. Enjoy freshly cooked and tasty dishes in the comfortable premises of Bon Appétit.

Butts Bistro & Tandoori - Indian restaurant, which serves exciting food. Enjoy reasonable prices and tasty food in a warm and cosy setting at Butts Bistro & Tandoori.

Dickens - Original pub/restaurant built in a cosy basement from the seventeenth century. The restaurant has an intimate atmosphere and good food from a varied menu.

Dragon Plaza - One of the new restaurants close to the guest harbour. Chinese restaurant with tasty Chinese and international dishes. You will find reasonable priced dishes at Dragon Plaza.

Dragon House - At the foot of Fredriksten Fortress, lies Dragon House which serves Chinese and Norwegian dishes at reasonable prices.

Dolly Dimple's - Pizza restaurant located at the guest harbour.

Grensen Restaurant og Bar – Halden's all-round restaurant. Great selection and reasonable prices. The menu includes steaks, home made hamburgers, traditional Norwegian dishes and American pizza. 

Fredriksten Kro - Offers tasty food all year round in a classical and beautiful Empire style building at Fredriksten Fortress. Fredriksten Kro is open all year.

Herregårdskaféen offers nice dishes, different tastes of coffee and Italian ice cream. Herregårdskaféen is located next door to the Gallery Rød at Rød Manor. 

Kongshallene – Inside the fortress you will find one of Norway's most exciting and unique banquet rooms. Kongshallene serves medieval dinners. Only available for groups.

Kongens Brygge - Restaurant with à la carte menu. Nice outdoor area. Located at the guest harbour. 

Peppes Pizza - In the town centre you will find Peppes Pizza, a cosy pizza restaurnat.

Rekekafèen - Located by the old dockside sheds in maritime surroundings at the guest marina. Daily supplies of fish and shellfish.

Vertshuset Curtisen - An old building at the fortress which has been turned into the nice little restaurant Vertshuset Curtisen where great home made food is served at nice prices.
