In winter, the two major winter sports resorts in the region, Sjusjøen and Budor, can offer miles and miles of prepared ski trails.

Sjusjøen has a complete alpine centre in addition to the cross country trails and great terrain.

The Natrudstilen ski centre has four lifts and nine slopes. An altitude difference from top to bottom of 250 metres. Separate slope for children.

Budor has two lifts and five slopes for alpine and snowboard, in addition to cross country trails. Separate playing area for children.
