The mountain community of Høvringen lies 1,000 metres above sea level in the northern part of Gudbrandsdalen and is the gateway to Rondane from the west. The area is known for its stable climate and its good, varied skiing terrain. The marked skiing trails invite you to some fantastic natural surroundings.  
 
Høvringen currently offers about 850 beds for visitors in about ten different places. You can find everything from a simple, self catering cabin to an outdoor pursuits centre, mountain inns, apartments and hotels.
