There is a number of cross-country tracks throughout the region. In addition to those there are two artificial snow tracks. One is Høytorp Fort in Mysen and the other is Kjölen Sports Centre in Marker.

In Båstad you will find an artificial skating rink, and around the region you find a lot of lakes that is used for skating purpose when they are frozen.
