The city centres of Stavanger, Sandnes and Bryne give you both big shopping centres and charming streets with speciality shops, such as Oleana, Stavanger Glassblåseri (glass blowing studio) and Mingar Walker Glass.

Solveig Hadland at Linloftet works with linen and makes clothes and textiles, bouquets and wreaths. In Glasstudio Jæren, Karen Torunn Haarr has handmade works of fused glass. Værktøy AS is a speciality shop in woodturning, woodcarving and woodcrafts. In Sandnes you will find shops producing traditional pottery.

The largest shopping centre is Kvadrat in Sandnes with 160 stores and 18 restaurants.

In Gjesdal you will find Gjestal spinneri, an outlet selling yarn, sweaters and candles. They have their own restaurant in addition to the outlet.
