The Kragerø Tourist Office, which is run by Reisemål Kragerø, can supply you with information and help you with concert tickets and excursions, bicycle hire and anything else you might need or want as a tourist in town.

The office also provide assistance for the media and for journalists wishing to visit the town, as well as suggestions for short-break holidays.

It is run according to the "Green Badge" guidelines adopted by Innovation Norway. This means that the information centre is manned throughout the year and has extended opening hours from June to August.
