Haukelifjell is one of the most snow guaranteed destinations in Norway. The destination is in strong growth and exiting development. However; the untouched landscape and the possibility to feel the great silence on the open Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau, is not far away.

At Haukelifjell you will find many different cross-country tracks: Easy trails through the forests and miles and miles of high mountain trails. These are connected with The Norwegian Trekking Association's (DNT) network of trails on Hardangervidda.

A seven-kilometre floodlight trail begins at the ski centre and ends at Botn. This includes a bridge over the road E134.
