By plane
Sandane Airport Anda is located in the middle of Nordfjord, with good connections to, for example Oslo and Bergen, with the airline Widerøe.
Ålesund Airport Vigra lies two hours and thirty minutes by car from Nordfjord, and offers good connections to Oslo and other Norwegian cities and towns with the airline SAS. Direct route to/from London and Copenhagen.
By bus

By express boat from Bergen

With Hurtigruten (The Norwegian Coastal Voyage)
The long-established Hurtigruten calls daily at Måløy on both its northbound and southbound voyages.
By train
You can also combine your trip to include the train from Oslo or Trondheim. Correspondance in Otta. The trip goes further to Nordfjord by bus. You can also go by train to Flåm, and take the bus to Nordfjord. For more information and booking, please contact the Norwegian State Railways (NSB).
By car
The trip to Nordfjord is a great experience in itself. From Oslo and Trondheim follow the E6 to Otta, and then the rv. 15 over Strynefjellet. From Bergen and Ålesund take the E39. Ferries
The roads in Nordfjord are sometimes interrupted by fjords - and ferry trips. Enjoy this relaxing break from driving.
