TusenFryd

Go for a ride with Speed Monster - Scandinavia's most spectacular roller coaster. This is an awsome experience for everyone who dares to try it. It is built in steel and the theme is racing cars. The acceleration (0 - 90 kilometres per hour in 2 seconds) is actually faster than today's Formula 1 racing cars.

There are also more than 30 other rides and games, a water park, more than 20 restaurants and a special area for the youngest children.

TusenFryd lies approximately 20 kilometres from the centre of Oslo. A bus departs from Oslo city centre to the park on all days the park is open.

Hunderfossen

A magic fairytale land of farm and rafting and water. 4D films for the youngsters. From the top of the tower you can see all 50 of this wonderland’s attractions.

The new adventure ship will make your hair fly and your senses reel. Up and down and up again. 70 degrees of swing, up to 14 metres high.

During wintertime the park is transformed into Hunderfossen Winter Park.

You will find Hunderfossen at the entrance of Gudbrandsdalen, just 15 kilometres north of Lillehammer. It takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive from Oslo. You can also take the train to Hunderfossen or Hafjell. For more information, please contact the Norwegian State Railways (NSB).

Kongeparken Family Park

The park, which is only a short drive from Stavanger city centre, is known for its Freia Chocolate Factory where the children make their own Norwegian chocolate, the huge Gulliver structure and all its teddy bears.

At the park you will also find one of Norway’s longest bobsleigh runs, a mine train, a western town and a traditional Norwegian farm. There are plenty of places where you can buy food and drinks. The park even has its own camp site and hotel.

Bø Sommarland

This is Norway’s biggest water activity park with some of Europe’s top superslides.

Bø Sommarland has one of the world’s largest artificial waves for surfing and Norway’s biggest water roller coaster.

You will find the park in Bø in Telemark, approximately 80 kilometres from Oslo.

Kristiansand Zoo and Amusement Park

In Out of Africa, Nordic Wilderness, Tropical, Realm of the Tiger and Children’s Farm you can get to know more about animals from all over the world.

There are also car rides, a water park, pirate ships, games, carousels, shops and places to eat.

Kristiansand Zoo and Amusement Parkis lies just outside of Kristiansand and is open every day of the year.
