Håkons Hall is one of the world’s most flexible multi-purpose venues and can offer a wealth of opportunities. The hall’s floor space, capacity and layout provide excellent conditions for both large and small events. Håkons Hall is able to serve up to 2,000 people for dinner simultaneously. With special lighting, table decorations and settings, the hall can be transformed into a charming and cosy event arena.
Used as a congress hall, the stands and parquet flooring can be assembled in a wide variety of ways, depending on the number of attendees and the theme. Other areas and rooms in the hall may also be used as needed. By dividing it in half, you can have a conference on one side and a banquet on the other.
As an arena for trade fairs, Håkons Hall has a capacity of 3,500 square metres on one single floor, with other available facilities such as the entry hall, the cafeteria and the VIP room that can be used as needed. Banquet capacity: 2,000 people.
This open-air museum has several rooms and houses that can be used for meetings, receptions, conferences and banquets. The conference hall in the main building can host 700 people. The reception and banquet capacity is 300 participants.
Maihaugen ranks as the largest open-air museum in Europe and houses approximately 200 buildings and more than 40,000 objects. Maihaugen tells the story of people in the Gudbrandsdalen Valley over the last 300 years, of life between the wars in the inland town of Lillehammer and of homes and domestic environments in the 20th century. The calm and spacious landscape of the museum provides time for reflection.
The Culture Building was founded in 1895 and renovated for the 1994 Winter Olympics. It is a popular venue for meetings, events and receptions and is often used for concerts. With three meeting rooms it can facilitate meetings for five to 230 people. The banquet room can serve 140.
The house has a long cultural history, which can be viewed in some of the beautiful paintings decorating the walls of the old building. The building's original style is in contrast to the use of modern technical equipment for professional presentation.
