Lillehammer Art Museum

Lillehammer Art Museum provides an exciting setting for your reception or banquet. It is one of Norway’s leading visual arts museums with significant works by Norwegian artists from the 1800s up until today. Its reception capacity is 400, and for a banquet seats 300 people.

Ice Cathedral

In Hunderfossen Winterpark you will find the Ice Cathedral, made purely from ice and snow. It has a unique atmosphere, with its ice sculptures, soft music and magical lighting. The Ice Cathedral can be rented for special events.

Snow Hotel

In the middle of the Winterpark is the Snow Hotel. Located close to the fairytale castle it provides a unique accommodation experience for both individuals and groups. Parties comprising of a minimum of 12 people can rent the hotel any day during the season (January 10 until March 13).

The room temperature will vary from -3 to -7 degrees and guests will be given a thermal sleeping bag, ensuring a warm and comfortable sleep. The reception and the lounges are beautifully adorned with ice sculptures. In the centre of the hotel you will find King Valemon's ice bar.

Trollsalen - The Troll Cave

Lillehammer’s very special restaurant, Trollsalen, is inside the Fairy-Tale Grotto at Hunderfossen Family Park. Six large trolls hold up the roof, and the walls are decorated with fanciful scenes from well-known Norwegian folklore. Here you can enjoy meals from its a la carte menu where the ingredients have been harvested from local rivers, forests and mountains. Capacity for receptions: 350, banquets: 200 people.
