Charles & De is the restaurant of Charles Tjessem who was titled World Champion in 2003, when he won the first prize and gold medal in the prestigious competition Bocuse d’Or. Måltidets Hus (House of Foods) is well suited for meetings, seminars, wine tasting and celebrations.

Gaffel & Karaffel

Gaffel & Karaffel can offer a variety of products. There is a restaurant on the first floor and a banqueting room that can seat 110 people on the second floor. The fourth floor is reserved for conferences and meetings. The Metal Room can serve 24 people and the Crystal Room has a capacity of 48. The champagne bar in the cellar is perfect for aperitifs.

With the North Sea as its food store, Straen Fiskerestaurant will never risk running out of ingredients! Straen Fiskerestaurant is a high-standard seafood restaurant. The interior smells of the glorious old days in the shipping and fishing business. Seasonal variations and maritime traditions reflect in the menu.

Vannari food, beer and wine cellar

This is one of Stavanger's most unique banquet rooms. Vannari is a food, beer and wine cellar perfect for all social events. It is suitable for business meetings as well as private parties. It is located in one of Stavanger's oldest buildings and has a capacity of 60 people.

Local food in Matsalen

Outside Stavanger you can enjoy home-made products composed of the finest local and organic ingredients. The dining room on the second floor can accommodate up to 70 guests. With modern AV equipment it offers a great combination of food and meetings both in the day and into the evening.

Flor & Fjære on a tropical island 

Flor & Fjære is a restaurant located on a small island with a garden full of exotic plants and palm trees. A scenic boat trip on the local fjords takes you from Stavanger to the island in 20 minutes. The restaurant has banqueting rooms suitable for small, intimate parties (min 25 guests) or large events for up to 300 people in a single dining room. The restaurant has a beautiful panoramic view of the fjords and mountains.
