More and more people are discovering Hurtigruten's conference facilities. The ships have a wide range of meeting locations and conference rooms. The stunning scenery you will sail pass is perfect to inspire a little extra creativity.
The maximum capacity on Hurtigruten's ships that offer conference facilities is 200 for meetings and 320 for banquets.
Many exciting experiences and maritime excursions can be offered. Deep-sea rafting, king crab safaris, Arctic Ocean fishing and snowscooter tours are just some possibilities. All activities can be arranged exclusively for your group.
There is no requirement to dress up for dinner, and open seating for the buffet breakfast and lunch creates an informal atmosphere. Menus are planned around fresh, seasonal ingredients and take advantage of local produce to satisfy hearty appetites sharpened by the fresh sea air. The restaurants are fully licensed and the set dinner at your reserved table provides a great opportunity to share the day's experiences.Afterwards you can enjoy fresh coffee in any of the lounges or perhaps something stronger in one of the bars.
As you board your Hurtigruten ship you can be proud that you are part of a tradition that has spanned three centuries. It is the commitment to such a proud tradition that has made Hurtigruten an essential part of Norwegian life.
