Whatever the size of your event, Norway Convention Centre offers far more than a spectacular building. It can provide a setting able to create magical moments, a sense of occasion and pure pleasure, as well as networking. So when you want to organise a meeting or conference, reception, presentation, party, press conference, VIP room or catering in connection with your event, it offers a congress and exhibition centre which meets international standards in cooperation with Thon Hotel Arena.
12,000 delegates
Norway Convention Centre offers a plenary capacity for 6,000 delegates, a total display area of 39,000 square metres and 55 meeting rooms - a professional meeting place for business opportunities. Activities include international trade shows, congresses, corporate events and banquets. The central venue for concerts and congresses, Oslo Spektrum, is available with some 8,500 seats.
Norway Convention Centre is the only centre in Norway with the capacity to stage conferences or congresses for up to 12,000 delegates. Hall B is a wholly unobstructed event and congress hall covering 7,200 square metres, which can be sub-divided into four halls. This new hall E is tailored for events combined with conventions and meetings. The halls are directly linked to a large foyer of 2,600 square metres, and two impressive entrance areas of 1,400 square metres.
Service centre
Professional project managers will help you with all the technical and practical aspects of your event to ensure success. The service centre is staffed by customer-oriented personnel who can give exhibitors and organisers advice and guidance on planning and ordering equipment for their stand or event. The centre cooperates with a large number of sub-contractors, who collectively deliver a full range of equipment and services required.
Tasty food
The cafes, bars and restaurants at the centre offer a range of tasty food and refreshing beverages for your event. Conveniently located cafeterias and restaurants provide freshly brewed coffee and tea, a range of fine beverages, and delicious cakes and sandwiches. The hotels banqueting chamber seats up to 800 people and the restaurant accommodates 500. In Hall B, 6,000 people can dine simultaneously. There are opportunities for package solutions with specially designed menus, or tailored solutions, in addition to the a la carte restaurant and nightclub/bar.
