Its role is to market Trondheim as a convention city and increase the number of both national and international conferences, conventions and meetings held there. Its services are available free of charge and the bureau is part of Visit Trondheim AS, the city's tourism and development organisation.

• Preliminary reservations and presentation of special offers
• Information on hotels, venues and activities
• Brochures and photos from the region
• An introduction to professional organisers, PCO’s and DMC’s
