Norway Convention Bureau (NCB) acts as a central point of contact for any organisers interested in Norway, providing neutral, relevant advice and putting you in contact with the best suppliers for your needs. All of its services are free of charge.
It is a member-based organisation with 24 partners and acts as an umbrella body for the Norwegian conference industry. Most importantly it exists to make your life easier and ensure you have the appropriate information to hand to make decisions about your event.
NCB is financed by its operations, member fees and project funds from Innovation Norway (Norway's national tourist board). In 2008 it began a collaboration with Innovation Norway with the joint aim of promoting the country as an international meetings, incentive and conference destination.
It is affiliated with ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) and UIA (Union of International Associations).

- An overview of the timings and deadlines involved in hosting an event
- Preliminary reservation of conference facilities and accommodation
- Organisation of site-inspection visits for key decision makers
- Creation of official invitation material/bid documents, as and when required
