With his informal style Hoelstuen is a restaurant with a warm and tranquil atmosphere. The company focuses on experiences based on local cuisine and wine especially chosen for each course.

Hoelstuen is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
