Description

EASY ROUND WALK

. This is an easy round walk suitable

for everyone. The trail takes in the centre of Seljord and its

surroundings, and it links Dyrskuplassen, the village centre

and Bjørgesanden. You can start anywhere along the trail.

One starting point is Dyrskuplassen with its market and the

Flatbygdi farm clusters.

The tour then takes in Nes and the “Tuft” sculpture before

following Ingrid Slettens veg, past the old farms at Koparvollen

and Lomodden, across Brøløs and past the church at

Vallarhaugen, then the sports centre at Eventyrøy, across

Vallaråi, through the cultural landscape at Bjørgeøyane and

all the way to the observation tower by the two pine trees.

Enjoy the great view across the lake from here or make a stop

at the beach at Bjørgesanden (Seljord Camping). On the

return walk you can take the footpath and pavement across Brøløs.
