Description

Located in Sandsbygda on Suldalslågen salmon river in Ryfylke close to the National Tourist Route Ryfylke.

The complex is built around an old farm and is an enjoyable holiday place for adults and children alike. 3 cabins, 50, 50 and 90 m2 (A), and 3 apartments, 60 m2 (A) and 85 m2 (B). Good, modern standard throughout. 6 beds per unit. WC/shower.
Fully-equipped kitchen with 3-ring cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee-maker, TV (satellite TV in 3 of the units), radio & phone. Insulated for winter use.

Shared facilities: common room with fireplace, garden room, heated outdoor pool, laundry-room w/ washing-machine & tumble drier, freezer.

5 min. drive from good fjord-fishing, 10-30 min. from good trout lakes. 14-foot boats with 5-8 HP outboards for hire on the fjord. Feb./March - fjord fishing for cod. Summer - coalfish, cod, ling, redfish, haddock, torsk and whiting. June/July trolling for salmon & sea trout. Crabs. Aug./Sept. mackerel. Eels in the estuary. Trips with local fishing-smacks. Salmon & sea trout in several good reaches of the river, from medio July to approx. 15 September. Portable canoe for hire.Good walking, marked trails. Sat. is changeover day. Ferry-free connection.
