KAYAK THE SOGNEFJORD!

Enjoy a kayak adventure with Njord. Paddling is a fun, safe and unique way of exploring the UNESCO-listed Aurland- and Nærøyfjord
Njord operates all summer from Flåm beach.

Fjord paddle (3 hours)
Spending a few hours in Flåm? Join one of our 3-hour paddles. Just long enough to get the feeling of the peaceful fjord landscape. A Njord-guide will take you out on the water, teach you the basics of kayaking if needed, and guide you through the landscape and history of the area.
This trip suits everyone, no kayaking experience needed. Bring lunch pack and drinks.
Daily departeures at 12.00 NOK 490,-.

The Old Kings Path (4 hours)
Combination of paddle and hike. We paddle to Fronnes, a place of historical sites from the Viking age and follow a winding path along a wild river, passing amazing waterfalls and "bubbling lagoons".
we will have a short brake on land, so bring shoes suitable for hiking, snack, drinks and camera.
Daily departures at 10 .00 and 15.00.

Fjord Explorer (3 days)
Join us for a true overnight adventure!
We paddle the Aurlandsfjord and the full length of the UNESCO- listed Nærøyfjord - tent camps and short hiking trips along the way.You need warm and waterproofs clothes, a sleeping bag and hiking shoes. - We bring the rest!
NOK 3190,-.

Please book early if you intend to join one of the trips as they tend to be fully booked.
If any of the dates mentioned does not suit you, we can make trips for group of 4 people or more(or smaller groups if they pay the price of 4 people)

All tours are recommended as a first time paddle trip. No experience needed on any of our guided trips. All equipment included.
All excursions starts at the FLÅM beach.
Kayaks and equipment may also be rented if you want to go without a guide.

Rental:
We do not rent out singles to solo paddlers & only to experienced kayakers!
Self rescure skills are required. This means (BCU 3*, ACA level 3, or NPF Vått kort

No experience needed for doubles.
Prices are listed for singles/doubles:
1/2 day - NOK 350/550
1 day - NOK 550/850
2/1 days - NOK 850/1400
3/1 days = NOK 1400/2000
Extra days =NOK 350/550
