Description

The Cider House is situated in an orchard with 100 different varieties
of fruit. From the mid-June to mid-August the summer restaurant is
open from Sunday to Friday, 16-22. The kitchen closes at 21.30.
Saturdays closed due to private events. On the menu you will find
dishes with local ingredients and inspiration from the Mediterranean.
As far as possible, local or organic ingredients are used.

For groups on request: guided tours from the village centre, cider
tasting, interpretation about fruit and cider production, Gregorian
song, lunch and dinner.

The Cider House produces still cider, sparkling cider and fruit wines.
From the distillery you can taste different fruit brandies. The drinks
are served in the restaurant.

Sale of Balholm fruit juices, honey and food souvenirs made of fruit
and berries.
