Kvernan Mølle in Flesberg is the smallest commercially operating flour mill. Barley and wheat are ground in traditional fashion, on stones. The flour can be purchased here, and is especially suited for porridge. In the summer months there is also a cafe on site. Phone: +47 93874582

Mollas is situated in Rollag, at Nedre Skarpmoen Farm. Here you can purchase traditional sweet cakes and crisp bread, baked using traditional family recipes.

From Fjellsmak you can get meat from lamb, elk, reindeer, deer and mountain trout. Their products range from cured meats to roasts, and they are famous for their lambs which have grazed on the Hardangervidda. All their products are without additives.
