Widerøe flies direct to Førde from Oslo Airport (one hour) and Bergen Airport (20 minutes). The bus from the airport to Førde town centre takes 15 minutes. Check routes and prices at wideroe.no.
Sunnfjord has excellent bus connections from Trondheim, Ålesund, Oslo and Bergen with several departures daily. For timetables visit ruteinfo.net.
From Bergen you can travel with the express boat to Florø town centre, and continue by bus to Førde, or travel by express boat to Lavik by the Sognefjord and take the bus from here to Førde.
You can also travel with a coastal express (Hurtigruten) ship from Bergen or Ålesund to Florø and take the bus direct to Førde.
