This farm restaurant is located in the old residence on the farm and can seat 80-90 persons. Food served here is prepared from scratch; mostly sourced from local produce. Your hosts welcome groups who are also told the history of the farm. In the basement you can buy wooden souvenirs made from trees on the farm.
A barrel factory dating back to the 17th century, now converted into a restaurant and meeting rooms. The building's history is apparent in the interior and the display room where guests can see work tools and barrels from the "old days". The restaurant serves tasty dishes with a local twist and topped with a hearty dose of local stories from your host.
In a class of its own: the farm kitchen is the heart of the building and the philosophy here is to serve supreme food prepared from local Sunnfjord produce in a quite special setting. Åmot Gård has its own first-rate chef, local lass Christel Eide.
