Abra Havn – pirate village in Kristiansand

Abra Havn is a pirate town where you can spend the night. The home of the one and only "Kaptein Sabeltann"

Live with the pirates and experience a true adventure

In Abra Havn (Abra Port) you can stay in the "real" pirate’s cribs. There are different houses for the different characters in the Captain Sabeltann adventures. There is Pelle and Pysas House, Long man's house or the witch Miriam's House. You can also rent the legendary Captain Sabeltann’s house – of course only when the Captain is not using it himself!

The village of Abra Havn is located next to Kristiansand Zoo, Sabre world and is only an 8-minute walk away or a quick trip with the ship, the Black Lady of the Grass Sea.

171 pirate apartments and 750 beds

In Abra Port there are 171 pirate apartments with a total of 750 beds, so here there is plenty of room for large and small pirates. Here you will live in the middle of Sabeltann’s riches and relax in comfort among apartments with the possibility of renting everything from 4-double rooms to the ‘cribs’ with 3 bedrooms.

All of the rooms have decorations and items from the pirates and their adventures. The family has all the modern comforts in an otherwise "authentic" pirate village, and there is a fridge, oven and microwave in every apartment. In addition, they have a terrace or balcony - perfect for a quiet evening time when the kids are in bed. The pirate’s cribs with separate bedroom and living area are also a very practical solution.

Breakfast ride with the Black Lady

Book your stay with breakfast and you will be transported across the grass to the sea each morning for breakfast on the pirate’s bay grill. Every night there are shows and contests in the large play area all the way down deep in the village. Each morning, start the day with a flag hoisting and pirate song on the King's square. In the evening, it is possible to book dinner in Captain Sabeltann’s pirate grill.
