The small villages in the Setesdal Valley are situated along the main route between the port of Kristiansand and the western fjords. Along the way, the landscape changes from the gentle terrain in the far south to the high mountains in Hovden in the north. Wherever you stop, you will find great hiking opportunities nearby – choose between short trips or multi-day hikes from cabin to cabin.
