Aquaparks in Southern Norway

Visit one of the aqua parks in Southern Norway, it's nice and warm all year round.

Sørlandsbadet - Indoor water park in Lyngdal

Great fun for the entire family, young and old, at Sørlandsbadet water park in Lyngdal. There is a paddeling pool for toddlers and for the big kids a wave pool with countercurrent canal for a real challenge. If that’s not enough there are two spine-tingling water slides, one with timer.

Adults can enjoy the two whirl pools, one indoors and one on the sunterrace facing the fjord. Sørlandsbadet’s cafe offers an varied menu and healthy meal options. In addition to the water park, Sørlandsbadet has a sports pool, diving tower, whirl pool, hot water pool, plunge pool, gym and both dry and steam sauna.

Beauty treatments are available at the Spa and also treatments by the physiotherapist and pedicurist.

Aquarama

Situated directly at the town beach in Kristiansand you find Aquarama - Kristiansand's new adventure and activity centre. Here at Norway's best aquatic centre we have a Olympic size swimming pool (50x25 meter) and diving platform, wellness centre, as well as the extensive water park with two slides, a climbing pool and FlowRider Surfing wave with its own instructor

The next floor up houses Southern Norway’s biggest and most extensive spa. On the 2nd floor is the bustling health club with the coolest spinning studio in town.

Badelandet - indoor and outdoor wet world

Badelandet is the newest addition to the amusement park. It´s a "park in the park" - which means you need an additional ticket to enter. It is also possible to buy combined tickets for both parks.

The waterworld in Dyreparken is open from Easter to mid October every year.

Hovden Badeland & Spa (Aqualand and spa)

Welcome to laughter and joy, pleasant temperatures and a good time in the indoor and outdoor pool where the water holds 30 °C. Hovden Badeland (Aqualand) is an eldorado for children as well as adults, with activities ranging from baby pool to water slide and hindrance river. Relax in the Jacuzzi, sunbeds and lounge chairs.

New and stylish wellness facilities. Enjoy a Finnish sauna, sanarium, steam room and foot bath. Flowing river, comfortable seating and fireplace. Various skin and wellness treatments can be booked in advance.
