Snowmobile safari in Alta

Drive onto the remote Finnmark mountain plateau, one of Europe's last wilderness areas. You will create memories to last a lifetime.

Change into warm winter garments including a snowmobile suit, mittens, hat, boots and helmet.

Drive safely with professional guides

The highly experienced and qualified guides will provide a safety brief and instruction on the handling of the exciting and fast moving snowmobiles.

The group will then enjoy the experience of driving along the scooter trail onto one of Europe's last wilderness areas. One magnificent view will succeed another, as guests follow the old trade route to Karasjok through the forest and valley, to the endless snow-covered plateau.

Enjoy the wilderness and great scenery

The temperature on the Finnmark mountain plateau varies from a few degrees above zero to those of an extremely low nature. We cannot promise you windless days and clear sky, but whatever the weather, the scenery on the plateau is magnificently impressive.

Guests will stop at mountain lodges for refreshments, lunch and rest along the way.
