The Tromsø Region offers plenty of opportunities for exciting, inspiring incentive programmes. Here are a few examples.
Take your team dog sledding under the northern lights and combine your adventure with a taste of Arctic cuisine or a champagne city cruise between the snow-clad peaks of the Lyngen Alps. Travelling with a small group? Enjoy the beautiful Arctic scenery and the aurora borealis from the wood burning hot tub on the deck of Vulkana, a spa-boat with full hammam and sauna.
Go whale-watching or challenge your colleagues to a game of golf in the midnight sun on the northernmost 18-hole golf course in the world. Or team up and go for a deep sea fishing competition or a king crab safari with fishermen in the know.
Does your team need an extra challenge? Are they tough enough to go on a ‘Ski By Boat’ adventure in the Lyngen Alps? Skin/snow shoe up one or more peaks every day, ski powder all the way down to sea level and moor in a different spot every evening to spend the night.
Alternatively stay in a luxury lodge as a contrast, or enjoy bragging about your deeds in buzzy Tromsø at night.
