Ålesund’s newest conference hotel enjoys a great location right on the waterfront. The Quality Hotel Waterfront has 196 rooms, split between three buildings – the old jugend house, the pack-house and the modern signature house. The hotel offers 1,000 square metres of conference rooms, as well as nine meeting rooms of varous sizes and a large hall seating 300 delegates. The rooms are equipped with the latest AV equipment.
The hotel has a modern course and conference suite with nine meeting rooms and five group rooms. Conference capacity for 800 delegates, banqueting for 700. The hotel has a 1,500 square metre conference and exhibition area.
Situated in the centre of Ålesund with a view of the centre and the surrounding islands, Rica Parken Hotel has 197 rooms including several suites and business-class rooms.
Because the Scandic Ålesund Hotel is located by the waterfront, most of the hotel's 150 rooms have a view of the ocean and islands outside the town. The hotel has eight meeting rooms with capacity from eight to 180 delegates. The conference rooms have direct access to the hotel's quay, with the picturesque sight of fishing boats and seagulls.
Built in 2000, the Radisson Blue Hotel Ålesund reflects the special architecture of this unique Art Nouveau city. The hotel has eight meeting rooms and can host a seminar for 350 or a banquet for 200. The 'Alnessalen' hall is 260 square metres and can be partitioned swiftly.
The hotel offers 131 guest rooms and suites. Its location gives the rooms a view to the Valderhaugfjord or the quay where the Hurtigruten (the Norwegian Coastal Voyage) docks.
The hotel has well-equipped meeting rooms with capacity for up to 50 guests in a classroom layout. Thon Hotel Ålesund has 106 guest rooms and is located in the heart of Ålesund town centre at the end of the city’s pedestrian precinct.
The oldest hotel in Ålesund, Rica Hotel Scandinavie is also the only one built in the famous Art Nouveau style. The unique hotel originally built in 1905 went through a complete renovation in 2003, but kept the Art Nouveau style for the interior of the hotel, which has 70 rooms.
The hotel is situated in the town centre close to most attractions and is an ideal starting point for a stroll in town, or a visit to the surrounding areas. The hotel has one meeting room with capacity of 40 people.
