From 200 to 650 delegates

Radisson Blu Hotel Norge is the most centrally located hotel in Bergen. It is adjacent to the city park, and within walking distance of the historical sites and modern shopping districts. The hotel has 19 meeting rooms.

Scandic Bergen City is a modern, first-class hotel in the centre of Bergen. The hotel is situated close to all the cultural activities. Scandic Bergen City has 12 meeting rooms. The hotel also offers a conference centre called Scandic Amfi, and five meeting rooms in theatre style setting with total capacity for 1,060 delegates.

The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel's  traditional architecture makes it one of Norway's most distinguished hotels. Located on the famous Bryggen, it blends in perfectly with its historical and charming surroundings. The hotel  has 17 meeting rooms.

Maximum capacity: Classroom: 300; Cinema: 450; Reception: 450; Banquet: 400

Grand Hotel Terminus has an elegant classical style that gives the hotel a special atmosphere. The hotel enjoys a central location opposite the railway station and main bus station in Bergen, and has been a natural stopover in Bergen since 1928. The hotel has 8 meeting rooms.

Fewer than 200 delegates

Clarion Hotel Admiral is a characteristic hotel in Bergen. What used to be old, dignified storehouses from the turn of the century were converted to a hotel in 1987. The hotel has 6 meeting rooms.

Augustin Hotel is Bergen's oldest family-run full-service hotel, with a fine combination of modern interiors and traditional style. It is centrally situated in the shopping and harbour area. The hotel has five meeting rooms.

Scandic Neptun is famous for its collection of Norwegian contemporary art that adorns the whole hotel. Restaurant Lucullus has a reputation as one of the best restaurants in the country, with its exciting Norwegian and French menu and excellent wine cellar. The hotel has 10 meeting rooms.

Hotels by the airport

There are four conference hotels by the airport.

Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport is Bergen's newest and largest conference hotel, with direct access from Bergen Airport, Flesland. The hotel has 16 meeting rooms.

Maximum capacity: Classroom: 500; Cinema: 650; Reception: 800; Banquet: 430

Quality Hotel Edvard Grieg is a full service conference and business hotel. It opened in 1987 and was the first all-suite hotel built in Norway. The hotel has seven meeting rooms.

Maximum capacity: Classroom: 260; Cinema: 380; Reception: 650; Banquet: 380

Scandic Bergen Airport is situated about two kilometres from Bergen Airport and 15 kilometres from the city centre. The hotel has 16 meeting rooms.

Maximum capacity: Classroom: 200; Cinema: 280; Reception: 350; Banquet: 200

Thon Hotel Bergen Airport is situated in peaceful surroundings in Bergen's southern suburbs, two kilometres from Flesland Airport. The hotel is right next to the Kokstad and Sandsli business parks. It has 18 meeting rooms.

Hotels in the fjord area

Solstrand Hotel & Spa is located in the heart of Fjord Norway, only 30 kilometres from Bergen and the airport. Solstrand has 25 meeting rooms that can host from six to 280 delegates. Solstrand was built in 1896 as a holiday resort for the Bergen merchant-princes. The historic hotel is family run with focus on hospitality, wellness, cuisine and high comfort. It has hosted international meetings and conferences for more than 50 years.
