Hiking in Hallingdal

One of the largest mountain regions in Norway, Hallingdal includes two national parks: Hardangervidda National park and Hallingskarvet.

The hiking season in Hallingdal stretches from May to October. In the early season the Hallingdal region starts to blossom and in June you can hike in the mountains amongst snow covered peaks.
