Hotels

There are three centrally located hotels in Harstad, with a total of 333 rooms.

Outside the centre of Harstad there is a range of different accommodation alternatives, many of which offer exciting activities as well as a room for the night. Grøtavær Brygge  arranges fishing, hiking and kayak excursions, and you can choose between full board or self-catering accommodation. On the island of Krøttøy you can stay in Valhall adventure centre. The historical Sandtorholmen Hotel consists of a number of old buildings, the oldest of which was built in 1750. The rooms are all of a high, modern standard.

Youth hostel and B&B

Harstad Vandrehjem is situated three kilometres from the town centre. This youth hostel is only open in June.

You will find Gullhaugen Paper Shop and B&B only a 10 minute-walk from the town centre, next to the hospital. This B&B offers reasonably priced accommodation in single or double rooms.
