Scandinavia's biggest food festival!

Gladmat first appeared in the Matfylket Rogaland network, which saw the need to share some of what the region has to offer when it comes to food and culture. The professionals in food will fuse together with the amateurs, in both natural and exciting connections. This festival is one of the highlights in the summer season in Stavanger, and attracts over 200.000 guests during the 4 days the festival takes place.

We can affirm that Gladmat is Scandinavia's biggest food festival, and has been a joining point and a resources center in our food-rich region. The commitment in the region is big when it comes to food and quality. The pioneering work in agriculture and in the food industry has been an important arena to reach both industry and consumers.

Set aside some time between the 24 and 27 July, and explore all the exciting things the Gladmat festival has to offer.
