Go hiking by the mouth of the famous Sognefjord. Gulen offers varied terrain and walking trails and Eivindvik Fjordhotell is a good starting point for those who want to experience the area by foot.
The walk from Eivindvik to Dingja offers great view of the Sognefjord and famous landmarks such as the lighthouse on Utvær and the mountains Alden and Lihesten. The walk takes 4-6 hours, and is suitable for most people who are used to walking in terrain. Suitable for children over 8 years old. There are also shorter walks in the area.

Prices from NOK 1490 per person in double room. Single room for NOK 200 extra.

The price includes:

- Map for the walk, and information from local guide

- Wash / drying of boots and clothes

- One night in double room with modern bathroom, flat screen TV and hair dryer

- Meals: dinner incl dessert and coffee, breakfast, food and coffee/tea for the walk and a light meal before departure

Gulen is easy to get to both by car or express boat from Bergen. Driving takes approximately 2 hours from Bergen. Express boat from Bergen to Sollibotn leaves twice a day (Saturdays and Sundays once a day) and takes 1 h 25 min.
