The kitchen at Patio Restaurant is run by Cin Cin, which has its own recipes for dough, marinades, tomato sauce and sour cream dressing. Pizza No. 22, "Parma", won them the Norwegian pizza baking championships in 2011, and in 2012 their pizza was voted Oslos best at a "pizza duel" in Mathallen food hall.
