All food is homemade, and the culinary experiences are seasoned with stories of traditional cookery.
The Ruud farm is a living mountain-farm with log- houses, dairy cattle and steep fields. There are horses and hens, herb gardens and flowerbeds on terraced plains.
The original Cultural cottage consists of two continuous old houses with open fires. Here most of the food is prepared and served. In the old barn we have seating capacity for 80 guests. An old mountain farm barn is reconstructed into an open-heart house, and a great grandmother `s kitchen.

We cater for events such as anniversaries, weddings and other family functions as well as cabin get-togethers, business meetings and conferences. Chef can be provided if required.
The food can either be collected at Kulturstua, or delivered by us. We deliver to most areas in Eastern Norway - all the way to Oslo in the south. Min. number of people: 8 Food must be ordered at least 3 days prior to the delivery date.
