Fredrikstad Tourist Office, with a souvenir and gift shop, is located in Tøihuset in the Old Town (entrance from the side nearest the church). Throughout the summer season there are daily guided tours of the Old Town – a "must" for visitors to Fredrikstad. 

Fredrikstad Guest Marina and Tourist Office is located on the Quayside Promenade in the town centre. The amenities include toilets, showes and laundry facilities.
