The Tourist Information Centres can help you with information in several languages about the city and what’s on in Oslo.

Here you can purchase the Oslo Pass, exchange money and buy tickets for Oslo sightseeing and fjord excursions. A selection of quality souvenirs from Oslo and Norway are also available.

Booking of hotel rooms and the Oslo Package is also possible, depending on availability. 

The Tourist Information Centre at Trafikanten

Foreign tourists can book private accommodation here, depending on availability.

You can pick up brochures from selected destinations in Oslo, and if you are leaving Norway by train or bus, you can bring your Global Refund cheque here to get your refund.

The Tourist Information Centre at Trafikanten is open every single day of the year. Trafikanten lies in front of Oslo Central Station (Oslo S).

The Tourist Information Centre by the City Hall

You can choose from a wide variety of brochures here, both from Oslo and selected destinations in Norway.

This tourist information centre is located in Roald Amundsens gate, between Karl Johans gate and Oslo City Hall. It is open on weekdays from October to March. In April, May and September it is open on weekdays and Saturdays, and in June, July and August it is open seven days a week.

There is also a tourist information centre at Oslo Cruise Terminal, which is only open when cruise ships are docked in Oslo. Here cruise passengers can get information about the city, purchase the Oslo Pass and exchange money.
