The best trails

The best starting points are Skihytta and Fageråsen. You will find excellent trails from both. It’s a good idea to get a map of the trails before starting out. This shows all the trails, distances, recommended starting points and how often they are prepared.

The trails at Trysilfjell can be combined into longer or shorter tours. There are lots of possibilities. Get to know some of them by following our suggestions. After a while you can put your own dream trip together.

Accommodation

Trysilfjell offers a wide variety of centrally located cabins and apartments. Høyfjellssenteret is the ski centre on the mountain’s northern side, 10 km from the centre itself. Turistsenteret on the southern side of the mountain is the main centre for the skiing facility. Many of the cabins and apartments in the centres and chalet parks are within skiing distance of the ski centre. There is a regular ski bus serving the cabins which are a little further off.
