Oslo is the capital of Norway and is known for its proximity to the surrounding forests. The Olympic city of Lillehammer is located at the beginning of the Gudbrandsdalen valley. Jotunheimen national park is a popular place for hiking and extreme sports. Tønsberg, Sandefjord and Larvik are nice cities to visit during summer. Fredrikstad has a charming old city centre.

Go river rafting in Sjoa or join a guided city walk in Oslo. Vigelandsparken sculpture park is a must when you are in the capital.
