Golf is a tremendously popular sport in Norway, and new golf courses are popping up many places throughout the country.

Most golf courses are in the Oslo area and near the cities of Bergen, Stavanger and Trondheim, there are also some in smaller areas. Where capacity allows, guests can play for the green fee, which normally amounts to NOK 150 - 350.

In Lofoten, you can play golf under the midnight sun at the golf course Lofoten Golf Links.

And if you are looking for a unique golf experience, there are occasional golf competitions on ice or snow. There are also places for indoor training.

If your golfing skills are less demanding you can find a number of small mini golf courses.
