At Vassfaret Bear Park you will meet bears, elks and other wild and domestic animals in a spacious and pleasant environment. A lot of old buildings, originally belonging to the old Vassfaret settlement, have been re-erected.
The park has a lot to offer both children and grown-ups. Light meals are available at Bertestugu and Bamsebu. Outdoor barbeque facilities are available, or if preferred, you may barbecue in the lavvo (a Sami tent).
