By trainThere are departures approximately every 10 minutes between Oslo Airport Gardermoen and Oslo S (Oslo Central Station) with the Airport Express Train (Flytoget). From Oslo S there are frequent train departures with the Norwegian State Railways (NSB) to for example Ås, Ski, Vestby and Sonsveien, all in Follo.
By bus A route to/from Frederikstad, operated by Nor-Way Bussekspress, stops at several places in Follo.

By carIt is approximately a 40-minute drive to/from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Follo on E6.
