Trysil has three reception offices where information can be found. The main Trysil Tourist Office is located in the centre of Trysil and can assist with questions about the whole municipality, both summer and winter. You can also book accommodation and activities at the tourist office. There is also an online option which is easy to use and convenient, and enables booking of both activities and accommodation.

The reception offices up the mountain, in the two Welcome centres, are close to the ski area, and so are oriented towards winter season guests and information. These receptions also distribute keys to most of the cabins and apartments in and around the mountain.
